Cash Buyers Overtaking the Market

As I look at the properties we have sold in the past year and what is in escrow now, a large portion of them are all-cash transactions. Who says there is no money out there? I think it's just been sitting on the sidelines waiting for the market to settle. But why not take advantage of these historically low interest rates? Well, I think they are presenting offers all-cash to beat the competition and will extract the equity later, if needed.
