Upon landing at Honolulu Airport in 1975, Sue Bauer knew she was here to stay. She earned a variety of college degrees from Pepperdine University and the University of the State of New York while also attending UH-Manoa and Hawaii Pacific. Degrees include Administration of Justice, Sociology & Liberal Arts with additional courses in Hawaiian marine science and geology as well as equal opportunity in the workplace and in life. Highlights of that endeavor included organizing marine science live aboard expeditions for middle and high school youth in the islands.
After buying and selling a few personal properties, and negotiating a few leases, Sue was licensed as a Realtor-Associate initially in 1982 and again in 1990 (RS-53707). Her real estate career over the years has involved accounting, sales, and property management as well as becoming a NARPM member (National Association of Residential Property Managers). With Forward Realty, Sue is focusing on both sales and property management. She has always been dedicated to serving her clients professionally with integrity, compassion, and honesty. Sue is passionate about these islands; the history, cultures, stewardship, and including all its’ people and families. Everyone deserves a home and Sue remains dedicated to that mission.
